Diagnostic and optimisation measures for vehicle software
Railtec Systems Ltd. provides support to Stadler Altenrhein AG in drafting the diagnostics software as well as the final optimisation of the vehicle software.
This comprises the following aspects:
• diagnostics system
error recognition in the vehicle software
definition of peripheral data
definition of error messages and corrective measures
• optimisation of the tractive force and power regulation br />
• optimisation of the dynamic wheel diameter adjustment
In the summer of 2006 a second series of 4 vehicles was delivered to STA by Stadler Bussnang AG. Stadler Bussnang AG subcontracted the software team management to Railtec Systems.
This included:
• programming of the automatic vehicle series recognition
• implementation of the new generation of current rectifiers
modification of the software for the control of different current rectifiers in the two
production series
• modifications to the different fire alarm systems
• various optimisation measures
• commissioning and inspection in multiple traction, including mixed operation
with vehicles of the 1st and 2nd series
• post-delivery software maintenance
