These principles document our basic values. They are binding on all our staff, who can also rely on them for support. We take their implementation seriously with the aim of making them an integral part of our thinking and actions, thus forming the foundation of our success.

We develop our products and services in cooperation with our customers. From the customer’s point of view, the success factors are quality, planning accuracy, pricing, flexibility, service and innovation.
Therefore our development of new products and services is oriented towards the needs of the market and addresses specific customer profiles.
We see our relations with our customers as a partnership based on mutual confidence. We aim to establish long-term contacts on a basis of integrity and fair dealing.
We take environmental aspects and issues of legal conformity seriously and this is reflected in our thinking and actions.

The relationships between members of staff and in respect of the company as a whole are characterised by a sense of trust.
We aim to achieve a positive working atmosphere. This is achieved by a mixture of cooperation, reliability, openness and mutual respect. Tensions and conflicts are addressed openly as they arise so that they can be dealt with effectively.
We have the courage to express and take on direct criticism. We regard this as an aid to improvement. We learn from our mistakes.

Sustainable leadership

We manage the company on the basis of clear aims which are elaborated and agreed in cooperation between staff and management.
We promote staff advancement through vocational courses and also on-the-job training with the aim of extending employees’ knowledge and helping them to develop their personalities.
We have a policy of providing clear and regular information. We encourage staff to pose questions.

The structure of the organisation is straightforward and easily understood

The way our company is organised must be simple, straightforward and known to all concerned. Responsibilities, areas of competence, privileges and also consequences are defined and agreed upon.
We make sure that there is scope for staff to exercise initiative in a professional manner.
In seeking new staff we give professional and inter-personal competence a high priority.
Staff remuneration takes account of qualifications, success, performance and function.
Our plant, equipment and premises are up to date and fulfill the requirements dictated by our products and services.
Health and safety is for all of us a topic.
